I bought a dedicated music PC. I had a few teething problems, which unfortunately led me to return the machine to Inta Audio to sort out. They are an absolute pleasure to deal with. You can speak to the same person each time, they are all knowledgeable, specifically about music PCs, and do exactly what they say they are going to do. I cannot rate this company highly enough, and will unquestionably use them again. Highly recommended.

As a regular IntaAudio customer (and not a major one really) over the years, it goes without saying that I believe these guys offer the very best product around - and at outstanding value. So, let's take for granted that the product is exceptional - what else is it that keeps me coming back....the differentiator to other companies products? Actually - It is something that is often overlooked - for it is the people themselves that really is the other half to a perfect orange. Of course we need a great product, that goes without saying - but we also need great service and support. Without that - nothing happens. These guys go to every effort possible to make their output (our systems) as excellent as it can be. Their attention to detail and their absolute personal attention to you (the customer) is beyond comparison. I have been a pain in the backside to them with my tweaks and mods - and they have delivered with care, attention and courtesy. I stress to you that I am just a hobbyist musician - they must have tons of customers more important in value than I am!! If they give this time and attention to me - then I know that every one of us is important to them.... Also, as a businessman myself - I know what value this brings to me, the customer, and I will come back to them time and time again because I know that Ian & Dave give a s**t about my system, my sanity and my projects!
