We have a variety of different payment options available on our website to suit you. These range from Paypal, Amazon Payments or Credit/Debit Card. All of your payments are secure using Sagepay which is a trusted payment provider with over 15 years of world class experience.
What does 'B-Stock' mean and what is its warranty?
An item can fall under 'B-Stock' for a couple of reasons. The most common reason is when it has been used for display ONLY at one of our trade shows, therefore the seal on the box has been broken. We also get customer returns for unwanted items that may have been brought as a gift or the incorrect item was purchased. We make sure that ALL returned items are thoroughly inspected and tested in our workshop to ensure that they are in perfect working order. Just because your purchase a 'B-Stock' item it does not mean there are any limitations. We offer a full 1 year warranty on all B-Stock products.
When is the cut-off time for Next Day delivery?
Our cut-off time for Next Day delivery is 3.30pm. This gives us enough time to prepare your order and ensure everything arrives with you as expected. Please keep this in mind when ordering on a Next Day service.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, we offer free Standard Delivery on all orders over £20.00. If you opt for a free delivery then your item will be posted on a standard 48 delivery service (2-4 working days).
How much will delivery cost and when will my item arrive?

My item hasn't arrived can I track it?
We don't currently offer order tracking online so if you need to know where your order is contact us with your order number and we'll track it down for you.
Do you sell PC components?
As a system builder of bespoke Music Computers we only sell fully assembled systems, however we do offer a full upgrade and repair service to all brands of Windows based music computers. If you would like to discuss a possible upgrade or repair please click on our contact us page and we would be more than happy to help.
What is the standard build time for PCs and how much does it cost?

Fast Track Build - Upto 5 Working Days £39.00
Fast Track Build - Upto 3 Working Days £59.00
Fast track terms* Working days excludes Weekends and Bank Holidays *Orders placed after 2pm (Monday to Friday) will be processed the next day meaning your build starts the following working day.
Once your PC is completed you will be called to arrange a suitable delivery date. We will not ship your order without contacting you first so please be sure to add your best contact number when placing your order.
What is my returns number?
Your returns number is simply just your order reference which should start with IA. If you do not have access to your reference number, just contact us and we will be happy to help.
What do I do if I cannot print my returns form off?
Our returns form is simply just for our reference once the item arrives back. It includes all the information we need to find your order and process your request. If you are not able to print your returns form , just write your returns number on a scrap piece of paper and place it within the returns package.
How long do I have to return my item?
If you are returning your item as unwanted then you have 30 days from the date of purchase to do so. If you return your item outside of the 30 day period then you need to ensure it is in perfect condition in all its original packaging. Failing this you may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
Do I have to pay for the return of my item?
We offer a 30 day FREE returns on damaged/faulty items. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of return postage on items that are unwanted and fully functioning.
How long is my warranty?
We have a standard 1 year warranty from the date of purchase for all items on our website. However, some manufacturers such as RODE, Boss and Audio-Technica offer extended warranty on specific products. To gain access to this extended warranty you are normally required to register your product. If you need help registering, or are wanting to know if your product falls under any extended warranty then please contact us.

Do you have a store I can visit?
Unfortunately, we do not have a physical store that you can visit. We are strictly just an online distributor.
