Q. I have discarded my box and packaging materials - what can I do?

A. We can send you a shipping carton and packing materials. The charges are:
  • UK Mainland £19.99
  • Scotland & Highlands £24.99
  • Ireland North & South £24.99

Q. How much will it cost to have the PC collected?

A. If you are unable to return your PC to us then we can send a courier to collect it on your behalf. The charges are:
  • UK Mainland £19.99
  • Scotland & Highlands £29.99
  • Ireland North & South £39.99

Q. How much will it cost to return the computer back to me?

A. Once your computer is repaired we will return it to you free of charge for the stated period of your chosen care plan.

Q. I live outside of the UK, can I be covered by your care plan?

A. For all orders outside the UK please contact us to discuss a bespoke care plan.

I recently replaced my aging old Carillion PC with the new X4 Rack and i have to say it was a pleasant suprise to see the cpu usage in cubase 5 drop by around 60% with the same song. The Rack in simply excellant and i recommend it too that are serious about making music. Well Done Inta!
