A. We can send you a shipping carton and packing materials. The charges are:

Q. How much will it cost to have the PC collected?

A. If you are unable to return your PC to us then we can send a courier to collect it on your behalf. The charges are:

Q. How much will it cost to return the computer back to me?

A. Once your computer is repaired we will return it to you free of charge for the stated period of your chosen care plan.

Q. I live outside of the UK, can I be covered by your care plan?
