UK DELIVERY MADE EASY
Orders placed before 3.30pm will normally be dispatched the same day and will be delivered with the selected shipping method.
For UK mainland orders totalling £39.00 or more standard delivery is free of charge. For orders totalling less than £39.00 standard delivery starts at £2.99. This will be made clear at the delivery stage in the checkout before you pay for your order.
Our partners for UK and Worldwide delivery services are Parcelforce, Royal Mail and DPD who can offer a fully insured & trackable premium service if selected. Once your order leaves us we will email you to confirm the dispatch and provide tracking information where possible.
For some very light and / or low value items we use Royal Mail for our standard delivery service. Please allow 2-3 working days. (Express options are also available at the checkout).

CUSTOM BUILT MUSIC PC SYSTEMS
Music computers can only be delivered to the card holder's billing address when ordered online. If you require your computer to be shipped to an alternative address please contact us for further instructions. Our standard PC assembly time is 5-7 working days from order.
UNABLE TO TAKE DELIVERY?
Most deliveries require a signature at the specified delivery address on the day of delivery. If there is no one present the courier will leave a calling card that includes instructions on how you should proceed to retrieve your delivery. It is your responsibility to retrieve the parcel within the specified time. If the parcel is sent back to us after this time you may be charged an additional delivery charge for us to resend the parcel.
Should you have any special delivery requirements or have any problems at all receiving your parcel please contact us.
On delivery you must inspect the goods carefully for damage (Please see our T&C's).
