Insight provides a full suite of audio analysis and metering tools, perfect for visualising changes made during mixing and mastering, troubleshooting problematic mixes, and ensuring compliance with broadcast loudness standards.

Fully customisable and scalable, Insight allows you to visually monitor all relevant information from your stereo or surround mix in a convenient floating window. With level meters, loudness meters, a spectrogram, spectrum analyzer, vectorscope, surround scope, and a loudness history graph, Insight allows you to keep an eye as well as an ear on your mix at all times.

Spectrum Analyzer: Study the spectral content of your audio in real-time, with display options like Linear, Octave, Critical Band and more.

Levels: Monitor both True Peak and Loudness meters for immediate feedback on your project´s levels.

• Fully compliant with BS.1770-1/2/3, Insight includes meters for immediate loudness calculation and True Peak detection, loudness calculation over time, and faster than real-time offline loudness calculation.
• Plot an infinite history of the loudness of your mix with the Loudness History Graph: use it for retrospective examination of your mix´s loudness, or for real-time monitoring of loudness trends as they occur over time.
• Set your loudness targets and mark when any levels exceed them with Loudness Overflow Tracking, which writes automation to your DAW to capture loudness overflow alerts.

Loudness and True Peak Metering

By evaluating audio levels in terms of how the human ear perceives loudness, loudness meters are used to ensure a mix complies with broadcast regulations, like those specified by the Advanced Television Standards Committee and European Broadcasting Union. Fully compliant with the ITU-R BS.1770-1, ITU-R BS.1770-2, ITU-R BS.1770-3, and EBU R128 standards, Insight provides the tools you need to be confident that your audio meets regulations.

• See important values at a glance with Loudness Meter Readouts that show Momentary, Momentary Max, Short-term, Integrated, and Loudness Range calculations, as defined by BS.1770 metering guidelines.

• Display up to 6 channels of surround data in Film, SMPTE/ITU, and DTS channel configurations.
• Quickly deduce how a surround mix will be perceived in the surround space with a uniquely stylized, 360 degree Surround Amplitude Meter.
• Be instantly aware of any potential phase issues with Sound Correlation Alerts, which indicate when there´s a chance of signal cancelation during summing or playback.
• Easily pinpoint the overall surround location of a signal with the Surround Balance Indicator.

Spectrogram

Unlike typical "waterfall" plots, Insight´s unique real-time 3D spectrogram creates a detailed topographical map of audio using iZotope´s high-resolution spectrogram capabilities.

For eye-popping visual insight, feed information on multiple audio streams to the Spectrogram via Meter Taps. Add Meter Tap plug-ins to individual tracks or buses, then open the Spectrogram to see how mix elements combine in rich detail...all in real-time.

• Use Overlay, Tile, or Stack views to compare different Meter Tap streams and see their relationships.
• Bring different audio streams into focus to see how each fits in the mix.
• Tailor the display to your preferences with customizable colors for different tracks and buses.
• Insert Meter Taps on mono, stereo, or surround tracks and buses.

Stereo Vectorscope

Insight´s resizable Stereo Vectorscope provides useful display options for examining the stereo image of your mix.

• Rapidly diagnose mono and/or stereo phase compatibility issues within the Sound Field partition.
• Choose between Lissajous and Polar modes for multiple visualizations of stereo field activity and activity history.
• Check the balance between Left and Right channels with Stereo Balance Meters.
• Compare the similarity between Left and Right channels with Stereo Correlation Meters.

Spectrum Analyzer

Insight also includes a real-time spectrum analyzer for examining the frequency balance of your mix.

• Display one of 4 different types of spectrums: Linear, Octave, 1/3 Octave and Critical Bands.
• Select between specific Peak Hold Times to hold the peaks for different millisecond values, or select Infinite to hold peaks until you click to reset.
• Click and zoom by both time and frequency, or hover to pinpoint exact Hertz/decibel values.
• Adjust advanced controlsto customize how the analyzer appears and how frequently it updates.

Delivery Notes
On delivery, you must inspect the goods carefully for damage as Inta Audio is unable to accept responsibility for damage in transit, shortage of delivery or loss of products unless the customer advises Inta Audio of such within three working days from the date of delivery.

Returns Policy

We ask that you follow these guidelines to help us process your return as quickly and efficiently as possible:

1. Please keep your order reference to hand. This confirms your original order and gives us the necessary details to authorise the product’s return.

2. Contact our Customer Services Team on 02476 369898 (or e-mail cs@inta-audio.com). We will then send you an RMA number and returns form which needs to be completed and sent back with the returned item(s).

3. (If the order has been unpacked) re-package it to ensure that it is being returned in its original condition. Please make sure all items relating to the product are returned, including manuals and cables.

4. When returning an item please obtain a ‘proof of postage’ receipt from the Courier.


Returned items must be mailed within 10 days of when the RMA Number has been issued. Items received with a post date 30 days after your requested return will NOT be eligible for refund.

Please note: Our returns policy is quite straightforward but there are a number of conditions that we ask our customers to comply with before applying:

1. It is your responsibility to request a return. If you don’t tell us you want to make a return, we don’t know. Once you do tell us, we will do everything we can to action it.

2. If you have not requested a return within 28 days of receiving an order, we will have assumed that you are intending to keep it and we will not authorise a return.

3. We always refund the payment according to how the original purchase was made and aim to do so within 72hrs of the return being received by us.

4. Returned goods are liable for a restocking fee of 15% towards handling and repackaging if the order is not returned in its original, unopened packaging. This charge will be subject to our inspection of the returned goods.

5. Delivery charges will not be refunded unless the delivered goods are faulty.

6. Replacement products are dispatched immediately after the returned goods have been received and accepted by Inta Audio.

7. Items that develop a fault within 30 days of delivery are eligible for a replacement or a refund. Delivery costs are also reimbursed for faulty items. Please contact our Customer Services Team on 02476 369898 if you believe your item has developed a fault.

Finally, please remember that notifying us of your intention to apply for a return, saving the delivery paperwork and keeping the order in its original packaging will help both you and Inta Audio to process the return quickly.
